The example of Japan can cause one, at first sight, fair objection (very
popular in 1990th years): to live, as in Japan, it is necessary to have the
Japanese labour productivity. But before with it to agree, it is necessary
to answer other question: how the policy of unlimited import of a labour
from underdeveloped countries CIS will affect labour productivity and other
factors influencing a production efficiency and quality of made production?
