Canada's Immigration Minister Jason Kenney acknowledged that fraud is a
major problem in the Immigration and assured that every effort is made
to ensure that immigrant status received only legitimate asylum.

Canada Immigration : In particular, during December 2009 will not be accepted visa applications lodged in person or through representatives. These statements may be submitted through the International Organization for Migration, Visa Service Pony Express or by mail.
