The population of Quebec changed its mind to separate from Canada
For years, Canada has threatened separatism. But now the English-and
French-Canadians feel part of a unified nation.
Moreover, the granting of independence for the province of Quebec with
a predominantly French-speaking population is not so relevant. The
reasons for this lie both in an economic as well as in the mental plane.
